Please note: The current drought has increased the number of works approval applications for groundwater bores, which is causing extended delays in the processing time.
Depending on the application type and complexity, with other agencies involved in the approval, it may take up to 6 months for your application to be determined. You can track the progress of your application and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
