We encourage individual customers to register for the Customer Portal to manage your water-related matters. Once you have registered, you can submit available applications online, track the application process, manage your profile and amend the status of your work.
If you are a business, and would like to register, please contact the Customer Service Centre on 1300 662 077, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
