Please enter your approval number shown on the statement of approval you received when your initial BLR approval was granted.

An approval number has 10 characters: 2 numbers, 2 letters and 6 numbers e.g. 10WA100100

Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service Centre.

First 2 numbers e.g. 10

Second 2 letters e.g. WA

Final 6 numbers, e.g. 100100
