WaterNSW has received an application from James Bryant Bilson and Jeanette Anne Bilson to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work by adding an existing in-river bywash dam with a capacity of 33.8 ML and associated gravity fed 100mm diversion pipe and replacing a work, with a 75mm pump with a capacity of 11 l/s an increase of 4 l/s all at Lots 20 and 21 DP1253137, Parish Unkya, County Raleigh. The application relates to Warrell Creek Water Source, on an Unnamed Watercourse, subject to Nambucca Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2016 Water Sharing Plan.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A037802. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
