The Billabong Creek and Forest Creek Part Of The Water Source

WaterNSW has received an application from Bill Arnold & Sons Pty Ltd to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work by:
- Replacing a work, with an 400mm pump with a capacity 350l/s, an increase of 85l/s at Lot 20 DP12215 Parish of Yathong South County of Urana. The application relates to Murrumbidgee Regulated River Water Source on Billabong Creek subject to Murrumbidgee Regulated River Water Source 2016.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A035473. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
