WaterNSW has received an application from Richard Ellwyn and Deborah Jane Platts to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use by:
- Adding a bywash dam with a capacity of 32ML and a 63mm Centrifugal Pump at Lot 31, DP 752154, Parish Narira, County Dampier.
- Adding a bywash dam with a capacity of 40ML and a 63mm Centrifugal Pump at Lot 20, DP 752154, Parish Narira, County Dampier.
- Adding land for the purpose of Irrigation, located at Lot 20, 22, 31, 40 & 41 DP 752154, Lot 11 & 12 DP 11572710, Lot 1, 2 & 3 DP 1100388, Lot 1 & 2 DP 1108535, Lot 2 DP 929765, Parish Narira, County Dampier.
The application relates to Narira Creek Water Source, subject to Bega River Area Regulated, Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sharing Plan 2024.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A031854. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
