WaterNSW has received an application from Dallas Peter Stott and Elizabeth Jane Stott for an approval for a Water Supply Work, for bores with a capacity of 1500ML a year at Lot 1 DP 1313982 Parish Dallas County Cooper, 1200ML a year at Lot 1 DP 855464 Parish Dallas County Cooper, 1200ML a year at Lot 69 DP 751696 Parish Dallas County Cooper. The application relates to Lower Murrumbidgee Deep Groundwater Source, subject to The Water Sharing Plan for the Murrumbidgee Alluvial Groundwater Sources 2020.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A034855.
