WaterNSW has received an application from Doona Holdings Pty Ltd for an approval for a Water Supply Work, for an existing 750 mm Pump with a capacity of 1130 l/s, an existing above ground channel, an existing recirculation storage located at Lot 1 DP 856236 and Crown Road within Lot 1 DP 856236, Parish Brothers, County Pottinger. The application relates to Lake Goran Water Source, on Coomoo Coomoo Creek, subject to Namoi and Peel Unregulated Water Sources.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A035625. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
