WaterNSW has received an application from Jeremy Carr, Laura Ashley Mead and Mead Family Investments Pty Limited to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work by adding a work 65mm Centrifugal Pump with a capacity of 12 l/s at Lot 78, DP 594831, Parish of Middlehope, County of Durham.The application relates to Hunter River Tidal Pool Water Source,on the Hunter River,subject to the Water Sharing Plan for the Hunter Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2022.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A034259. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
