WaterNSW has received an application from Wayne John Hoy and Kristine Robyn Hoy for an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use,for a Run-Off Harvesting Bywash Dam with a capacity of 11.45 ML and 4 x 40mm pumps, each with a capacity of 2.7 l/s all within Lot 32 DP872889, Parish of Valley Valley, County of Raleigh and water use for Irrigation at Lot 32 DP872889 and Lot 1 DP1265953, Parishof Valley Valley, Countyof Raleigh. The application relates to Deep Creek and Oyster Creek Water Source, on an Unnamed Watercourse, subject to Nambucca Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2016 Water Sharing Plan.
