WaterNSW has received an application from Michael Gordon Champion, for an approval for a combined water supply works and use approval for the following works,50mm submersible pump with a capacity of 2.5 l/s and associated 50mm pipeline at lot 2 DP730874, Parish Southampton, County Clarence and water use for irrigation at lot 2 DP730874, Parish Southampton, County Clarence.
The application relates to Clarence Tidal Pool Water Source on the Clarence River, subject to Water Sharing Plan for the Clarence River Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2016
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number APP-25. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
