- Your Unregulated entitlement charges will be billed at 2020-21 rates between 01/07/2021 and 30/09/2021 and 2021-22 rates between 01/10/2021 and 30/06/2022. Your usage will be billed 25% at 2020-21 rates and 75% at 2021-22 rates.

2025-26 Prices
- 2025-26 WaterNSW and Border Rivers Commission (BRC) pass-through prices displayed throughout apply for the full financial year, under the 2025 Rural IPART Determination.
- 2025-26 Water Administration Ministerial Corporation (WAMC), Murray-Darling Basin Authority (MDBA)/Border Rivers Commission (BRC) pass-through and meter prices are under the WAMC Determination, which has been delayed until 1 October 2025.
- Water Administration Ministerial Corporation (WAMC) 2024-25 prices will remain in effect from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, with the 2025-26 prices to take effect from 1 October 2025 to 30 June 2026. Therefore, the calculator currently displays both 2024-25 and 2025-26 pricing determinations for the 2025-26 financial year. As a result, the calculator provides the best available estimate for your total charges across the 2025-26 financial year, noting that WAMC prices are expected to change 1 October 2025.
