WaterNSW has received an application from Brett Anthony Higgins, Louise Anne Higgins, Ellen Louise Elstone, Benjamin Joel Waldron and Philippa Fay Josephine Crawford to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work by relocating an existing work from Lot 1 DP1072278, Parish Tiltao, County Wentworth to Lot 2 DP1217210, Parish Tiltao, County Wentworth.The application relates to the New South Wales Murray Regulated River Water Source, on the Darling River, subject to the Water Sharing Plan for the New South Wales Murray and Lower Darling Regulated Rivers Water Sources, 2016.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A038074. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
