WaterNSW has received an application from Charlie Arnott Pty Limited for an approval for a Water Supply Work, for Access Pipe 900mm with a capacity of 1157 litres per secondat Lot 23 DP753945, Parish Merah North, County Jamison. The application relates to Lower Namoi Regulated River Water Source, on Pian Creek,subject to Upper Namoi and Lower Namoi Regulated River Water Sources 2016.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A034641. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
