WaterNSW has received an application from Ian Maxwell Whitsed and Helen Lesley Whitsed for an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use,for a 80mm Centrifugal Pump and associated pipeline with a capacity of 27L per second at Lot 1 DP 1018911, Parish Indi, County Selwyn and Lot 1 DP 863032, Parish Indi, County Selwyn, and water use for Irrigation at Lot 1 DP 1018911, Parish Indi, County Selwyn. The application relates to Indi Water Source, subject to Murray Unregulated River Water Sources 2024.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A038865. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
