WaterNSW has received an application from Jason Dominic & Christine Vella for an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use,for a Storage – Off River and 50MM Centrifugal Pump with a capacity of 19 ML/Year at Lot 11 DP 1079204, Parish of Kurrajong County of Cook, and water use for Irrigation at Lot 11 DP 1079204, Parish of Kurrajong County of Cook. The application relates to Grose River Water, subject to Water Sharing Plan for the Greater Metropolitan Region Unregulated River Water Sources 2023.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A038142. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
