WaterNSW has received an application from Jaspal Singh Ghuman, Jasleen Ghuman and Narinder Kaur Ghuman for a new approval for Water Supply Work and Water Use of a 100mm Centrifugal pump with a capacity of 50lt/sec at Lot 87 DP751378, Parish Maryvale, County of Clarence and use for Irrigation on Lot 87 DP751378 and Lot 1 DP1149332, Parish Maryvale, County of Clarence. The application relates to Coldstream Creek Water Source on Coldstream Creek, subject to Water Sharing Plan for the Clarence River Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2016.

Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number A036955. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
