WaterNSW has received an application from Ravi Aaron Singh Phoonie and Daljeet Singh Punni to amend an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use by replacing works with a 75mm pump with a capacity of 13 l/s(an increase of approx. 4 l/s)and a Bywash Dam with a capacity of 11 ML (an increase of 3 ML) both within Lot 1 DP734644, Parish Woolgoolga, County Fitzroy, and adding land for the purpose of farming and irrigation, located at Lot 1 DP734644, Parish Woolgoolga, County Fitzroy.
The application relates to Arrawarra Creek Water Source, on an Unnamed Watercourse, subject to the Coffs Harbour Area Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2022 Water Sharing Plan.
