WaterNSW has received an application from Nichole Andrea Varley and Andrew James Jessop Varley for an approval for a Water Supply Works for the following work:
- Bore with a capacity of 1,000 ML/year at Lot 131 DP756353, Parish of Yalgadoori, County of Townsend
The application relates to the Lower Murray Groundwater Source, subject to the Murray Alluvial Groundwater Sources 2020.
Objections must be submitted in writing to WaterNSW, PO Box 398, Parramatta NSW 2124 or to customer.helpdesk@waternsw.com.au. Objections must specify the grounds of the objection and contain the name, address and signature (or authentication) of the objector. You may use the Objection Form. All Objections should reference Application Number APP-190. Objections must be lodged with WaterNSW within 28 days of this Notice, please refer to the NSW Public Water Register (“closing date” column) for the final date to lodge an objection.
