WaterNSW has received an application from Cumming Estate Pty Ltd for an approval for a Water Supply Work and Water Use,for a Bywash Dam with a capacity of 24 ML at Lot 2, DP 809123, Parish of Yarrabandini, County of Dudley, and two pumps a 75mm pump & 50mm pump with a capacity of 10.9 l/s & 20 l/s at Lot 2, DP 809123, Parish of Yarrabandini, County of Dudley, water use for Irrigation at Lot 2, DP 809123, Parish of Yarrabandini, County of Dudley. The application relates to Collombatti Creek Water Source, on Collombatti Creek, subject to Macleay Unregulated and Alluvial Water Sources 2016.
