The WaterNSW customer portal will drive our transition to digital engagement and self-service, enabling customers to access our services at any time and from anywhere. Part of this vision is also to provide our customers with the opportunity to manage their water related needs all from one place.
The customer portal will enable you to:
- apply for a water access licence, work approval and other licensing applications
- order and trade water
- check your water account balances
- submit meter reads
- view and pay your WaterNSW bills
- manage your communication preferences.
Our customer portal will be progressively launching throughout 2022, with the first stage being rolled out in March allowing customers to submit new basic landholder rights (BLR) bore applications via the portal.
