Red Alert warning lifted at Clarrie Hall Dam in the North Coast

The red alert at Clarrie Hall Dam in the North Coast region has now been lifted as blue green algae concentrations have reduced over the past two weeks. Clarrie Hall Dam is currently at Green Alert indicating blue green algae concentrations are low.

As the red alert has been lifted there are no longer any restrictions on recreational activities.

Routine monitoring remains in place by Tweed Shire Council to identify any potential risks to recreation and stock water users.
